
Terms of Service

Expedited/Priority Service: $10 per request (If you urgently need the item, simply pay $10 more and we will move your request to the list of orders we have and get it done first)

Exchange rate: Fixed at JPY100 = SG$1 (Simply divide the Japanese pricing by 100)

Material fee for consolidation: $7 per shipment. (Waived right now!!)

Handling fee: $5 per order. (Waived with promo!!)

Overweight shipping fee: Above 5KG = $5, thereafter $2 per 1KG increment. (Waived right now!!)

Delivery Fee: Strictly following the rates listed on JP Post website for the service they provide (Surface/Air/EMS), no extra charges. Registered mail is highly recommended. Registered mail charge from JP post applies. For rates, please check here. *EMS will be used by default unless otherwise specified.

Payment made by us for concierge buying: Varies with order complexity.

Returns handling charge: $10 per return.

For receiving SGD from us such as from refund, fund transfer requests or sales proceeds, we will use the prevailing exchange rate provided to us by our default banking option used for the transfer.
*For sending of TCG cards to us, you are responsible for the shipment to us. If the card(s) arrives damaged, we will not be held responsible. Please make sure the cards are adequately protected and use couriers that provides tracking and insurance.
*For PSA grading service, please pack the card(s) according to PSA requirements before sending it to us. Please also include the relevant forms from PSA in the shipment, filled in correctly. You may refer to the PSA website (Japanese) for more information.
*Payment to be made in full upon confirmation of service and pricing. (An invoice/quote can be requested if you need a clear understanding of the amount.)
*Delivery Fee will be sent in a separate invoice because we will have to estimate the weight of the item when it is ready to be sent to you. This is to ensure that you only pay what JP Post charges, no less no more.
IMPORTANT: Please contact or reply us to finalize the services you require and the pricing. We will only spring into action once we have confirmation of your payment received. We will not be responsible if the item you need is gone or sold out if you delay the payment on your part.
